The prices listed below provide are available to all customers, with the final price being agreed prior to work starting.
All prices listed below are the minimum charge and we do not charge VAT or a call out charge – what we agree is what you pay.
Carpet cleaning
From £65 for a small room including small hallways and landings.
From £75 for a large room, flight of stairs or large hallway/landing.
Additional charges are applicable for larger carpets and those that require more than a minimal clean.
Oven cleaning
Our oven cleaning prices start at £65 for a single and £105 for a double.
We also clean cooker tops, splash backs and extractor fans at an additional cost of £35 per item.
End of tenancy
Our comprehensive range of property cleaning services includes pre and post rental cleaning, with prices starting at:
1 bedroom/studio: £120
2 bedroom flat: £195
3 beds & above: £295
Sparkle/builders
Our post construction prices start at £120, with the final price determined by the size of property and amount of work required.
Industrial/Commercial Cleaning
Wilkclean offer an extensive range of industrial and commercial cleaning services; including deep cleaning services for industrial kitchens, hire equipment and de-leading/deep cleaning of rifle ranges.
